* A copy of student ID or index collegium (showing enrollment in current semester) as a proof of student status is required.

Gala dinner attendants should pay an extra fee of 90 Euros. Please indicate at the registration form whether you are attending the Gala Dinner Banquet or not. The Gala Dinner Banquet Fee is already included for Accompanying Persons.

The conference registration fee for regular attendants includes :

  • Attendance to the scientific sessions and exhibition
  • Scientific material of the symposium with conference bag
  • Welcome reception
  • Lunches
  • Coffee breaks
  • All registration fees include VAT

In the case of virtual attendance for students, the conference fee includes:

  • Attendance to virtual sessions
  • Access to broadcast video of the conference sessions
  • Scientific material of the symposium in electronic version
  • Certificate of attendance

Accompanying person registration fee includes:

  • Welcome reception
  • Gala dinner

Additional lunch tickets for accompanying person can be bought at a price of 25 euros/ticket.


Cancellation Policy:

All cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by May 31st, 2016. No refunds will be provided for requests received after this date. All approved cancellations incur a 100 EUR administrative fee.
